We Michael Enright and Patrick O'Brien commissioner
duly appointed and sworn under and by value of
and act made in the fourth year of the reign of
King George the fourth entitled an act to provide
for the establishment of composition for tithes in
Ireland for a limited time to ascertain and
fix a true and just composition for all tithes
arising growing yielded or payable within the
parish of Timoleague in the County of Cork
Do hereby certify that the true and just composition
for all tithes whatever within the said parish is
four hundred and thirteen pounds eight shillings
and eight pence halfpenny sterling British by the
year of which sum the entire is due and pay
able to the Revd Charles Ferguson as the prebendary
and vicar of the said parish. And we do further
certify that the average price of wheat being the
corn principally gron in such county for the
period of seven years ending the first day of
November 1821 is one pound eighteen shillings and
eight pence halfpenny ___ late Irish ____ for Ban__
dated this 23rd day of January 1828.
