I George Sandes commifsioner dully appointed and sworn under and by virtue of an Act made in the second and third year of the Reign of King William the Fourth entitled an Act to amend three acts passed respectively in the fourth fifth and in the seventh and eighth years of the Reign of his late majesty King George the fourth providing for the establishing of a composition for tithes in Ireland and to make such composition permanent to ascertain and fix a true and just composition for all tithes arising growing yielded and payable within the Parish of Ross in the County of Cork do hereby certify that the true and just amount of composition for all tithes whatever within the said parish is seven hundred and twenty six pounds nineteen shillings and four pence by the year of which seven hundred and twenty six pounds and nineteen shillings and four pence the sum of four hundres and thirty four pounds and 11 d is due and payable tot he Revd Thomas Hoar as a composition for the tithe claimable by him as owner of the vicarial tithes of said parish, and that the sum of three hundred and forty two pounds eighteen shillings and five pence are due and payable to the very Revd the Dean and Chapter of Ross as a composition of the tithes claimable by them as owners of the Re___ing tithes of said parish, and I do further certify that the average price of wheat being the corn principally grown in said county for the period of seven years ending the 1st day of November 1830 is thirty two shillings and one half penny per barrell - George Landes, commifsioner, 28 February 1834 four.
