We the undersigned being Commissioner duly appointed for the parish of Kilmalooda, under and by virtue of an Act made in the fourth year of the Reign of King George the Fourth, entitled "An Act to provide for the establishing of Composition for Tithes in Ireland for a limited time" do hereby certify that we have found the total number of Acres contained in the aforesaid parish to amount to the sum of six thousand nine hundred and seventy nine, consisting of the following classes, viz.

First class 75 Acres valued at 25 shillings per acre
Second class 745 Acres valued at 20 shillings per acre
Third class 1044 3/4 Acres valued at 15 shillings per acre
Fourth class 1942 Acres valued at 10 shillings per acre
Fifth class 1310 Acres valued at 5 shillings per acre
Sixth class 573 1/2 Acres valued at 1 shilling per acre
Seventh class 184 3/4 Acres valued at 6 pence per acre

Total - 6979 Acres

And in order to make out the sum of six hundred and seventy five pounds British currency which we have certified to be the amount of composition to be paid out of the said parish to the incumbent for and in lieu of the tithes to which said Incumbent is entitled. We do hereby applot and assess the following sums on said parish to be paid as follows viz. For and out of each and every Acre of the first class aforesaid first class aforesaid the sum of four shillings and fivepence and the one eighth part of one penny. For and out of every Acre of the second class, three shillings and sixpence halfpenny. For and out of every Acre of the third class. Two shillings and sevenpence and seven eighth parts of one penny. For and out of every Acre of the fourth class one shilling and ninepence farthing. For and out of every Acre of the fifth class. Tenpence and the five eighth parts of one penny. For and out of every Acre of the sixth class. Two pence and the eighth part of one penny. And for and out of every Acre of the seventh class. One penny and the one sixteenth part of one penny, with an addition on each rate of the foregoing classes in the proportion of one halfpenny to every pound so assessed.

We certify that the foregoing valuation, survey and applotment is a just and fair return as taken by us, given under our hands this 19th day of December 1826.
