We, James Boyle of Boyle Grove and Edward Ashe of Gurteenure both in the County of Cork, commissioners duly appointed and sworn under and by virtue of an act of the 4th year of the reign of King George the Fourth entitled "an act to provide for the establishing of compositioning for tithes in Ireland for a limited time and after the passing of a certain other act passed in the 5th year of the reign of his laid [late?] majesty entitled "an act to amend an act of the last session of parliament for providing for the establishment of compositions for tithes in Ireland" to ascertain and fix a true and just composition for all tithes arising, growing, yielded as payable within the parish of Inchigeelah in the Diocese of Cork & Rofs and County of Cork, do certify that the true and just amount of composition for all tithes whether within said parish due and payable to the Revd George Sealy Baldwin as Rector and Vicar thereof is Four hundred pounds British sterling per annum, as composition for the tithe claimable by him, for the term of 21 years.
