ANNUAL REPORT 1821 - ‘At a meeting of the Vestry, Oct. 1816, it was resolved, That it would be desirable to form a School for the instruction of the poor of the congregation. That subscriptions should be solicited for the support of such school, payment of teachers, &c. That the Rev. W. J. Hort be requested to act as treasurer…..'
‘In consequence of these resolutions, the school was formed, the Governors of the Alms-House, giving a room in that house for the purpose. James Henry was chosen master, and his salary fixed at half a guinea per week. There are in the school, at present, thirty five Boys, and thirteen Girls.'

ARMSTRONG, JANE, Alms house 1824 BAYLEY, ALICE, Alms house 1826, commenced 15th April, 1825 CAMPBELL, SUSAN, age 45, Presbyterian, formerly a member of Bandon congregation, been in alms house one year (Annual Report 1822), no other means of support. DANGOR, PHOEBE, age 76, 20 years in alms house (Annual Report 1822), 5s a week, 2s. 10d of which she considers a reward for former services as sexton, the remaining 2s. 2d. she receives as a pauper. GALBRAITH, ANNA, travelling expenses to Belfast paid from Relief Fund 1824 GUN(N), CHRISTIANA, age 70, Presbyterian, 7 years in alms house (Annual Report 1822), pension form Government of £10 a year, has one grandchild to provide for, an orphan of 7 years. HORNIBROOK, I., Expense of tools from Relief Fund of I. Hornibrook, a cooper £3 to his Widow, £2 1826 HUTCHINSON, ABIGAIL, Out-pensioner 1824, see also HUTCHINSON, WIDOW HUTCHINSON, WIDOW, Out-pensioner, age 70, not a Presbyterian, is in Lower Shandon Alms house, 12 years on list (Annual Report 1822). See also HUTCHINSON, ABIGAIL JORDAN, THOMAS, Out-pensioner, age 62, Presbyterian, shoemaker by trade but has little work, on the list 10 years (Annual Report 1822). JOSEPH, FRANCIS, age 40, Presbyterian, 6 months in alms house (Annual Report 1822), wife and 3 children, wire weaver by trade but can seldom get work, now in temporary employment after being a whole year unemployed. LINDON, MARY, age 68, Presbyterian, native of Bandon, in alms house 8 years (Annual Report 1822), pension of £10 a year from Government. ANNUAL REPORT 1823 - Increase in subscribers. ‘While reviewing this prosperous state of their society, it is gratifying to mention that they have only to record the removal of one Member (Mrs. Stubbeman) of their Congregation since the publication of their last annual document - one, who descended from a late venerated Pastor..'

ANNUAL REPORT 1826 - ‘….increase in subscribers, but also of attendants among the middle and lower orders…'
ANNUAL REPORT 1827 - ‘ In this list it will be seen that the names of 26 Subscribers have been added to the subscription list of the congregation during the last 6 years, which is the entire half of the present number of Subscribers; while not a single individual whose names appears on the subscription list of the congregation published in 1821, can be shewn at present to be a seceder from the PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH, or a member of any other Religious Society.
They have also to congratulate the members of their Church, on the renewal of that friendly intercourse which formerly subsisted between the Soldiers of Highland Regiments, and the Ministers of the congregation of Prince's Street….. ‘ S. H. Sloane
