The number of acres of land to be charged with payment of the tithe composition in the parish of Killaconenah are as follows viz 3815 arable 11916 bog and mountain ___ The rate to be charged by the acre on the arable is 6d __ on bog and mountain 13d/4. Bog and mountain prevail generally throughout said parish. The sums imposed in respect of tithe composition in said parish shall be payable to the persons entitled to receive the same by two equal installments on the 1st day of May and 1st day of November in each year.

I, Francis Spring, commissioner appointed and __ under and by virtue of an act made in the second and third year of the reign of his majesty King William the fourth entitled an act to amend three acts ____ respectively in the fourth fifth and in the seventh and eight year of the reign of his late majesty King George the fourth providing for the establishing of composition for tithes in Ireland and to make such compositions permanent to ascertain and fix a true and just composition for all tithes arising growing yielded and payable with the parish of Killaughaneenagh in the County of Cork - do hereby certify that the true and just amount of composition for all tithes whatsoever within the said parish is two hundred pounds sterling and is due and payable to Edward Puxley Esq as a composition for the tithes claimable by him as lessee of the lay improprietor - And I do further certify that the average price of oats, being the corn principally grown in said county for the period of seven years, ending the first day of Nov 1830 is 12/11 1/2 per barrel

I Francis Spring Commifsioner for the parish of Killaconenagh in the Diocese of Cork and Rofs and County of Cork do hereby certify that the sum of two hundred pounds sterling is the just amount of the composition for tithes in said parish as duly ascertained and fixed according to the provisions of the act of the 2nd and 3rd of William the 4th chap 119 and I further certify that in the applotting of said sum upon said parish I have to the best of my ability acted faithfully and impartially and that I have not incurred any expense which was not strictly necessary to the proper discharge of my duty.
