I William Hamilton Parker, Commissioner
duly appointed and sworn under and by virtue of
an act made in the second and third years of
the reign of his Majesty King William the Fourth
instituted and Act to amend then act passed
________ in the fourth, fifth, seventh, and
eighth years of the reign of his late Majesty King
George the Fourth, providing for the establishing
of compositions for tithes in Ireland, and to make
such compositions permanent - to ascertain
and fix a true and just composition for ___
tithes arising, growing, yielded as payable within
the Parish of Rathbarry in the County of Cork
do hereby certify that the true and just compo
sition for all tithes what___ within the said
Parish is four hundred and eleven pounds, thirteen
shillings and ten pence by the year - of which
sum of four hundred and eleven pounds, thirteen
shillings and ten pence, the sum of one hundred
and seventy four pounds, two shillings and eleven
pence halfpenny is due and payable to the Revd
Henry Stewart as a composition for the tithe
claimable by him as vicar of said parish, and
the sum of eighty seven pounds one shilling and
five pence is due and payable to Ml Roberts Esq
as a composition for the tithe claimable by
him as one of the lay improprietors of said
Parish, and the sum of thirty seven pounds, one
shilling and five pence is due and payable to Thomas
Wade Foote Esq as the other lay pros___ator of
said Parish - and the sum of sixty three pounds
seven shillings and eleven pence is due and payable to
the Dean and Chapter of Rofs as a composition for
the tithe claimable by the said Dean and Chapter
for said Parish
And I do further certify that the average
price of wheat being the corn principally grown in
such county for the period of seven years ___ing
on the first day of November 1830 thirty, is one
pound twelve shillings and one halfpenny per
barrel - as published in the Dublin Gazette.
