We; Edward Ashe of Gurteenroe and John Warren of Codrum duly appointed and sworn under and by virtue of an act made in the fourth year of the Reign of King George the fourth entitled "An act to provide for the establishing of co__ "_____ for tithes in Ireland for a limited time," to ascertain and fix a true and just composition for all tithes arising, growing, yielded or payable within the parish of Kilnemarthry in the diocese of Cloyne and County of Cork do certifiy that the true and just amount of composition for all tithes whatever within the said parish, is Four Hundred and Twenty Pounds British currency by the year for the term of twenty one yars - which sum is due and payable to the Revd John Charles Mangan, as a ____ for the tithe claimable by ____, __ Rector of the said Parish.

Dated this 6th day of July 1826

We Edwd Ashe of Gurteeneroe and John Warner of Codrum, commissioners duly appointed and sworn, under and by virtue of an act made in the 4th year of King George the 4th entitled "An Act to provide for the composition for tithes in Ireland for a limited time" to ascertain and fix a tree and just composition for all tithes arising, growing, yielded or payaable within the Parish of Kilnamarthry in the County of Cork, do hereby certify that the true and just amount of composition for all tithes whatever within said parish of Kilnemarthry, is Four Hundred and twenty pounds British sterling, for the term of twenty one years dated this 26th day of December 1826.
