We the undernamed having been appointed commissioners by the rector and parishoners of the parish of Kilcredan in the Barony of Imokilly Diocese of Cloyne and County of Cork in vestry assembled by virtue of an Act of Parliament made in the fourth year of the reign of King George the fourth entitled an Act to provide for the establishing of composition for tithes in Ireland for a limited time and also by an Act of Parliament made in the fifth year of the reign of King George the fourth entitled an Act to amend an Act of Parliament made in the fourth year of the reign of King George the fourth entitled an act to provide for the establishing of composition for tithes in Ireland for a limited time

Do hereby certify that we have diligently and attentively looked over and examined every farm and every division and subdivision of each farm with said parish and that we have apportioned the sum of eighty pounds sterling British which the Revd William Wray Mansell is entitled to, as rector of said parish and his successors as composition for two ___ tithes in said parish by the year in fair first and equitable proportion according to the value of the land to the best of our skill and judgment which proportions are correctly stated in the foregoing acct opposite the name of each occupier given under our hands this first day of February one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight.

I Walter Lindsay Commissioner duly appointed & sworn under and by virtue of an Act made in the second and third year of the Reign of his present Majesty King William the fourth entitled "An Act to amend three act passed respectively in the 4, 5, 7 & 8 years of his late Majesty King George the 4th providing for the establishing of compositions for tithes in Ireland & to make such composition permanent" to ascertain & fix a true & just amount of composition for all tithes arising gorwing yielded or payable within the parish of Kilcredan in the County of Cork, do hereby certify that the true & just amount of composition for all tithes whatsoever within the said parish is one hundred & twenty pounds by the year of which sum of £ 120 two third parts are due & payable to the venerable the archdeacon William Wray Maunsel as a composition for the tithes claimable by him as rector of said paid parish and one third part is due & payable to the Revd John Leske the vicar of said parish -

And I do hereby further certify that the average price of wheat being the corn principally grown in such county for the period of seven years ___ on the first day of November 1830 is one pound twelve shillings and one halfpenny per Brl
