We the undersigned, being Commissioners duly appointed for the Parish of Inskinny, under and by virtue of an Act made in the fourth year of the reign of King George the Fourth, entitled, An Act to jus___ for the establishing of composition for tithes in Ireland, for a limited time, do hereby certify that the foregoing valuation and applotment is a just and fair value as taken by us,
